We roast our own beans and build every cup by hand.

Meridian believes coffee is a ritual, not a transaction. We source from farms we know, roast in small batches every week, and never rush the pour. The result is a cup with a name and a place.

Small batches, every week.

We roast in the back of the shop on a vintage drum roaster, in batches small enough to taste every one. Beans go from green to bag within days, so what you brew at home is as fresh as what we pour at the bar.
